How is faith relevant to conflict? Guest: Zaza Johnson Elsheikh

In this episode, my guest was Zaza Johnson Elsheikh, an #interfaith mediator who explained what interfaith #mediation is; the conflict in Sudan and what it means to have independent mediators/negotiators in so called #peace talks; the #humanitarian #crisis and #sexual #violence surrounding this conflict; as well as feelings like #shame and #humiliation in #conflict. Zaza also explained how Sudanese people see the connection between #peace and #justice, a theme relevant for many #transitional societies.
