Jack is a retired member of the New York City Police Department. He has served in many capacities including in the Rescue, Tactical, and Counter-Terrorism services in the City of New York. Consequently, he has experience in many high profile cases such as both World Trade Center disasters, plane crashes, and a variety of hostage and barricade situations, particularly violent and suicidal individuals. He also is a trainer to police officers from many countries.
